Deze site krijgt soms wat kritiek en ik heb dat in het begin ook gegeven, maar het probleem lag aan mijn kant. De klantendienst was heel geduldig en behulpzaam bij het oplossen van het probleem. De matches waren nauwkeurig en het persoonlijkheidsprofiel was geweldig. Binnen een maand heb ik behoorlijk wat mensen ontmoet en er is er een die er echt uitspringt. Eerlijk gezegd kan ik geen fout vinden. Het werkt gewoon. Ik vraag me nog steeds af hoe ik mijn lidmaatschap kan stopzetten nu ik misschien wel de ware heb gevonden? Dus trek ik een ster af voor dat! Maar goed gedaan jongens! ??

This site does get a bit of sticks and I did give it some too when I first joined, but the problem encountered was from my end. Eharmony was very patient with me in resolving the issue. Having said that, the matching was on point, the personality profile was great. Within a month I have met quite a number of individuals and one is particularly looking good. Honestly, I cannot fault eharmony. It works. Still wondering how to end membership when I seem to have found the one though🤔 So I'm knocking off a star for that! But great job guys! 👍🏽
I met my love within 24 hours!
I signed up one Friday evening, Saturday I had around 7-8 messages, and I had 'liked' the profiles of a handful of people. That day I got a message that I had liked a profile twice, we got chatting, and have never looked back. We are madly in love, matched on so many levels, we both couldn't be happier. My only criticism is that eh contract/ fee options are not very flexible, however, how can I complain as it has worked for me!

Questions compiling a profile were very deep,meaningful and gently progress in lots of areas it’s very analytical. However it really worked the detailed matches is confidence building and by far the best site I’ve ever been on.I avoided previously thinking it was for professional.its not.Give it a try.You’ll be impressed I was an I’m very much a skeptic

So far so good, I have met online a few girls who liked my profile and some who contact you and ask you to send emails and then go off are removed. I haven't arranged to go on any dates yet but will see how it goes. I think it would be good to have gif and other sharing, and be able to search for faith and match score, I paid for the 6 month fee.

Poor customer experience
This was a message I sent them after they abruptly closed my account when I just e mailed them to say there are no matches - "You have now put me in a situation where I have to pay for a personality profile that I never wanted, matched me with approx 20 unsuitable people, cancelled my membership so I cannot access the messages people sent me and if I want to access them I must pay £180. Do you feel that this is profiteering from a web site. I don't really have any interest in the people that I have been matched with so far and that was my observation when I contacted you. However you have now left me looking like I am exceptionally rude as I have not replied to them. This makes your clients thinks that I was a fake profile. I am not going to resubscribe. But I will put this on trust pilot. Exceptionally unprofessional in my opinion".

eharmony. I spent £200 for a two years subscription. The site is RIDDLED with scammers. I cancelled my subscription after a month or so. Do not waste your money. I may as well got the £200 and thrown it in the fire. If I could give them zero stars, I would of.

The site is very poor, there was 10 people within 200km from me so I requested cancellation the day after I subscribed. They tried to collect more money from my card as they were processing the cancellation.. I suspected they would try to do that so I froze the card 10 seconds before they tried . ha ha ha.. not getting a bean more from me..

I emailed them to cancel my subscription as I was within the cooling off period and wanted to cancel for personal reasons. I then get a response saying we have now cancelled and put back on basic, but also took a further 54 gbp without authority, for less than 2 weeks service. Complained and not heard anything back yet. Quick enough to take without authority, but dont like to respond quick when you demand it back. Stay clear

Total rip off. Paid the first payment but realised it was a rubbish site so cancelled the next day but still have been charged £ 64. They won’t even let you look at the photos unless you give them even more money. I couldn’t even understand the person on the phone. They couldn’t even get my age right.
