Boekomslag ontwerp
Ik heb mijn boekomslag laten maken via een online platform en ik moet zeggen dat ik echt heel tevreden ben met hoe het is geworden. Het was een heel effectieve methode om een competitie te houden tussen verschillende grafisch ontwerpers, omdat ik zo veel verschillende stijlen kon bekijken en mijn favoriet kon kiezen. Communiceren met de ontwerpers en aanpassingen maken aan het ontwerp was ook heel makkelijk. Ik geef het een 4-sterren beoordeling omdat de website zelf nog wat verbeterd kan worden om het makkelijker te maken om tussen de verschillende ontwerpen te navigeren. Ik moest vaak terug naar de hoofdpagina van mijn wedstrijd en dan doorklikken naar de specifieke pagina die ik zocht. De klantenservice was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar ze zouden kunnen werken aan een betere opvolging. Ik zou dit platform en de ontwerpers zeker aanbevelen en zal in de toekomst zeker terugkomen voor nieuwe projecten.
Very good platform!
As a designer, I couldn't be more happy with this platform. Great interface, very user-friendly, everything is very well organized, tons of contests, serious clients, and they pay designers in time (the best process I've seen so far). Only one minus, they allow double accounts of big companies who won tons of contests on their platform. I submitted proofs to them, but those accounts are still active. This is a sad part, because these guys invade all contests and sometimes a multi-prize contest goes only to one company, instead of a hardworking freelancer. :) Maybe the proofs weren't enough but I'm sure there are other ways to fix that, if they want. Anyway, thank you for being there!
My highest recommendations for creative…
I love using 99 Designs for creative tasks because of the wide variety of talent all over the world that can show up and provide such an extraordinary level of creativity. Coming from an agency background, clients usually get a few solid choices to choose from whereas at 99D the sky is the limit. As a contest organizer it's up to you to stay in the drivers seat and communicate as often as you can with designers which will ultimately steer you into success. I can't say enough great things about 99 Designs and the savings they've created as well as the amount of talent they've been able to bring into the online experience than is far more efficient that traditional methods.
Worth the investment for logo design!!
99designs was recommended to me by a friend for logo design. I love that there are so many designers who have a chance to submit their ideas. It was efficient, easy and fun to go through the logo design process. Most importantly, I ended up super happy with a perfect logo for my business. The polls made available for friends and family to vote on was awesome. I was able to get feedback so quickly, which helped me in making my final award winner choice. In addition, I was so happy with my logo that I also had the designer create a branding guide, business card and Facebook cover design for me. The prices for these services are very reasonable compared to other companies.
Terrible
Terrible. Don’t waste your time. Algorithm makes so you cannot speak w the designer, nor do you even know if they are real or AI. Made up or BS. All I know is that I send perfectly legitimate artistic need requests and email people more than happy to pay them and nothing happens or they cancel my job for no apparent reason. Then” support” email me and they do nothing except to “ ensure your experience “ , which is lousy. So don’t waste your time. Vista is amazing and I don’t know why in the world they’d even be affiliated with this BS.

Sinds 16 oktober 2011 ben ik actief als ontwerper op dit platform. Het is al 13 jaar dat ik mijn diensten aanbied op Vista's 99designs. Jammer genoeg zie ik dat veel van de negatieve beoordelingen komen van ontwerpers die niet voldeden aan de kwaliteitsnormen die het platform heeft vastgesteld. Dit bewijst dat dit bedrijf dit serieus neemt en altijd heeft gestreefd naar kwaliteitsresultaten. In het verleden heb ik hun diensten zelf gebruikt om kleine klussen uit te besteden aan andere ontwerpers die gespecialiseerd zijn in gebieden waar ik minder goed in ben. Mijn beoordeling kan alleen maar extreem positief zijn.

I've been a designer working on this platform since October 16, 2011. It's been 13 years now that I've been offering my services on Vista's 99designs. Unfortunately, I see that many of the negative reviews come from designers who haven't met the quality standards set by the platform. This reaffirms the seriousness of this company, which has always strived to ensure quality results. In the past, I myself have used their services to commission small jobs to other designers specialized in areas where I'm not an expert. My review can only be extremely positive. Hiroshy

The designers were slow to take up the task this time, which left it up to one designer to really go through all the work - and then they jumped in. I realize that is the game but it makes me feel bad to see the person who works the hardest often does not get the final selection. Which, of course, is why everyone is now waiting for a couple days to pass before they offer anything. This is not helpful for the customer. That said, the 5 people that offered designs were very responsive as always. I have as good a design as I could hope for - was a difficult task.

This was my first time ever using 99designs, and I can definitely say with full confidence I would recommend to anyone and everyone. First of all everything throughout the process was clear and easy to understand, if I was unsure of anything along the way, there were resources available to answer those questions. It was an amazingly valuable experience every bit of the way. I had a logo designed and my expectations were exceeded. Thank you to 99designs and all it’s designers.
Frustrating Refund Process Despite Guarantee
In 2024, one might expect seamless digital transactions and customer service processes, especially from a company that operates entirely online. Unfortunately, when it came time to request a refund, I was surprised to learn that I had to make a phone call to initiate the process. This requirement feels archaic in our digital age and is inconvenient for customers who prefer online transactions.

99 Designs gibt Designern die Möglichkeit, gesehen zu werden und diejenigen, die sie brauchen, auf dieser Plattform zu treffen. Wir haben die wunderbare Erfahrung gemacht, ein großartiges Design von einem Designer zu erhalten, der Tausende von Kilometern entfernt in Mauritius lebt. Unglaublich!
Satisfied with end result, but expected more creativity
We are satisfied with the end result, though we did expect more from the designers. We received a lot of the same designs, instead of creative, different and out of the box designs.

Sehr intransparenter Workflow
Sehr intransparenter Workflow. Ich musste unter Zeitdruck einen Finalisten wählen und mir wurde angezeigt, dass ich danach noch Änderungen am Design besprechen kann, aber nachdem ich den Finalisten gewählt hatte, weigerte sich dieser. Support auch nicht hilfreich, sie konnten die Auswahl nicht rückgängig machen. So zahlt man immer zweimal, da das gelieferte Design nicht brauchbar war. Insgesamt hatte ich nur semi-professionelle Designs gesehen.
Excellent Service Delivering Wealth of Excellent Designs to Choose From
The process of working with 99designs on our new logo was excellent from start to finish. Had a wealth of quality concepts from the first stage onwards. Our biggest problem was weeding down and then selecting a final winner from so many excellent designs. Process was also very fast.
99designs - Creative & Attentive
The staff at 99designs as well as the designers were very attentive to our requests. The designers are so creative and it was fun to watch the designs roll in. They paid attention to our edit requests. In entire process was simple and we appreciate their detailed explanation of the processes.
