Very satisfied! Product and customer care wise!
I placed an order on the 1st of February for the Glossier 'You' perfume. I live in Germany and unfortunately I couldn't find it here so my only option was the online shop. I was certain it would take ages to get here, but I figured why not. To my surprise I received an email on the same day that my order was shipped! As it was a perfume and here they are very strickt about liquids etc. I got an email from my courier DHL on the 4th of February (3 days later) that my parcel has landed in Germany and that I should pay import sales tax and duties. Those were included with my order on the Glossier webside so I emailed their customer service immediately. It was a Sunday and to my surprise (again!) I got a response instantly. The amount got credited back to me Monday morning. This is one of the best online experiences I had with customer service ever. I received my parcel on the 5th of February. Absolutely amazing time for delivery and exquicite customer service! Not to mention that the perfume is divine. For reference, I spoke with Vasilica- Thank you so much!
My new favourite Make-Up range
I love these products. First off, I suffer here and there with incredibly sensitive skin and have not worn any eye make-up for years as a result. I started off with the boy-brow, and while I was there decided to brave an eye shadow too as it looked so wonderful in the add. It was equally as wonderful IRL - It stays on, doesn't smudge, and I've had no eye sensitivity or issues. Then I went back and ended up buying everything pretty much, another eye shadow, foundation, lipstick, and the dew serum +. The reason I love this make-up range and the brand is not only because my skin gets on with these products, but I love the whole ethos of make-up should be natural and accentuate what's already there. The foundation somehow gives you just enough coverage to give you confidence but doesn't "cover you up" if that make's sense. They also include a lot of different skin tones in marketing their products which is nice to see. I can't imagine myself buying make-up from anywhere else atm.
Amazing customer service
Everyone knows that Glossier products are wonderful quality, I don’t need to say any more about that, it goes without saying. I had occasion to contact their customer service department last week when the foundation and concealer that I’d ordered were too dark on arrival. I asked about returns/refunds - they answered in a very timely manner, asking what shade I would like to try - which they then went on to send, free of charge, and said that I could keep the originals, so I’ll be able to give them away as a present to one of my friends who they would suit. I cannot stress enough how good they were from beginning to end, polite, friendly, nothing too much trouble. This is very refreshing in a world where the answer is usually ‘no’. So many places don’t even provide an email address, or if they do, they contact you going forward from no-reply ones. Tell everyone you know about this amazing company, it’ll be worth it.
Love Glossier
I don’t often write reviews but I have to say the customer service at Glossier is fantastic. I ordered some products for holiday next day delivery but unfortunately they didn’t get to me in time- one email to glossier after a 3 or 4 later days and they immediately offered a refund or new shipment free of charge. The person I spoke to was so helpful and pleasant. The products didn’t arrive on time for holiday but I did come back to 2 packages from them which was a lovely surprise! I’ve had some really bad experiences with online companies recently, so even though I didn’t get what I needed in time, their response rate and solution to my issue was such a refreshing change to the usual “not my problem” response (hello charlotte tilbury and asos) that I’ve had in the past. Thanks team Glossier- not only do I love your products but your customer service is spot on.

Gemischte Gefühle. Die Lieferung hat etwas länger als die angekündigten 12 Werktage gedauert, aber das kann ich verkraften. Customer Support war freundlich und zügig. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, dass ich zwar beim Check-out die Option zur Verpackung in den bekannten pink pouches angeklickt, aber keine erhalten habe. Der Generation G Lippenstift ist in Ordnung, riecht aber komisch und hat eine eher feste, trockene Konsistenz. Future Dew ist eine nette Ergänzung zwischen Skincare und Makeup, aber kein Must-have. All in all: mehr hype als Qualität.

Jeg havde købt balm dot com trio’en tilbage i maj 2023. De skilte hurtigt pga den nye formular. Jeg har endelig kontaktet dem omkring det og fik pengene tilbage næsten et år efter. Super søde og hurtige svar.
I have honestly never left a review…
I have honestly never left a review before but feel compelled to do so today. I am 64 yrs young. Throughout my whole life I have had oily skin and still do to this day! I also have hooded eyes. During my entire adult life I have tried to find an eyeshadow that would last all day on my oily, hooded lids. I have tried every eyeshadow and every primer know to man ( lol) and nothing worked until I found Glossier’s lidstar at my local Sephora. I am so incredibly happy with this product. It stays on my lid for up to 12 hrs with no primer needed. I have blue eyes and fair skin and use the colour Cub. I absolutely love it and am thrilled that I have finally found a long lasting shimmering eyeshadow that helps my eyes to pop behind my glasses. I won’t think twice about buying other eye colours and products from Glossier’s range. Thank you Glossier.
Never had any problems
I have never had an issue with products or shipping. Yes, some products sell out quickly which is annoying but a lot of brands have "limited edition" offers like this so I get it. The quality is always great, they do have some good offers around Black Friday (I tend to do a couple of large hauls a year to stock up) and the products are unique. Plus, on Black Friday I accidentally ordered the wrong eyeshadow shade in my haste to check out and a hoodie that was too big. Customer service took a few days to respond (understandable, it's a busy time) but were so lovely. They dispatched a new eyeshadow to me right away for free and let me keep the wrong one as a gesture of goodwill. The hoodie was sadly sold out in my size but they offered me a refund which came through within a few days.
Can't stop buying their products!
I've ordered a fair few things now and every sample makes me want to buy the full product. Quick shipping (packaged in an unnecessary plastic pouch but it's cute and reusable). Started with three flavoured lip balms, which I wear almost constantly, now have some boy brow (it's magic) and a super fine brow pen, the elastic concealer (which doesn't settle into fine lines), and the You perfume, which doesn't smell like perfume: it's peppery with vague flowery undertones and somehow smells familiar and I am addicted. I'm about to order the cloud blush stuff and the oil dew thing off the back of the free samples. I almost want to ask them to stop sending me free samples because I can't resist buying them!
First Class Service from Glossier
The honest opinion of a loyal UK Customer... I have dealt with Glossier's customer service team a few times now and I cannot fault them one bit. My most recent dealing was with Brittney, who was extremely kind and helpful. The customer service team are always willing to help out, and their emails are always well-written and friendly. Additionally, their products are amazing! I have been using a range of their products for some time now and will never use another mascara so long as Lash Slick exists. Their skincare products are also excellent. Finally, hats off to the marketing team. They have got it sussed to a T! Thank you Glossier, and Brittney!
Staff are very friendly and helpful
Staff are very friendly and helpful. I got some stretch fluid foundation from the London store - which I was patch tested for. When I tried it out at home, it was not a great match. I emailed the team and they were quick at responding and sorting my issue out. They are sending me a new shade of foundation at no extra cost! (After viewing my selfies and deciding on a better shade to try). Not sure if it was the lighting in the store or what, but it’s okay because Glossier are always happy to help. Thanks Glossier team! (Especially Jess and Christine who replied to my emails very promptly.)
I'm from the UK and I don't know if…
I'm from the UK and I don't know if it's just here, but Glossier provides the slowest deliveries that you would think the package is coming from Australia, yet there are warehouses in the UK! 3-5 business days and I'm on day 9 :) thanks glossier! P.S.. the product was allegedly shipped on the 20th and from previous purchases, it takes a day to be received by Royal Mail post shipment. UPDATE: I emailed Glossier shortly after writing this review and they have sent a new order, they also responded very quickly so I will be adding an extra str.

A lot of foundation
Dus ja, ik kocht deze foundation in de winkel in Londen, maar hij paste niet bij mijn huidskleur, dus ik stuurde een e-mail en ze reageerden super snel en stuurden me gratis een nieuwe tint op! Ze keken zelfs naar mijn selfies en kozen een nieuwe tint voor mij. Het licht in de winkel moet misschien verkeerd zijn geweest, maar het is allemaal goed omdat Glossier altijd helpt. Een shoutout naar Jess en Christine voor zo snel te reageren op de e-mails!
The Glossier ‘You’ perfume
The Glossier ‘You’ perfume, has seemed to have less scent and lasted far less than the previous bottle i had owned. The perfume packaging and bottle has always been simplistic and elegant however the formula has seemed to have changed recently. Very sad 😔
Future Dew en Jelly Cleanser
Ik heb altijd super goede ervaringen gehad bij het bestellen van producten. Future Dew is een van mijn favorieten, net zoals de Jelly Cleanser (die consistentie is gewoon top). En wie kan die roze Glossier etui nu niet weerstaan? Ideaal om mee te nemen op reis en als DIY-organizer te gebruiken. Echt geweldig!
Matige ervaring
Hoewel mijn ervaring niet helemaal top was, had ik toch gemengde gevoelens over mijn aankoop. Het was niet makkelijk om door de website te navigeren en ik vond niet echt veel aanbiedingen die me aanspraken. De selectie leek beperkt en de prijzen waren vrij hoog voor wat er was. De klantenservice was oké, maar niet geweldig - het heeft me niet echt verrast of enthousiast gemaakt. Alles bij elkaar genomen, denk ik niet dat ik hier snel weer zal winkelen.
