FAB new store!
I’m writing to send some love and good vibes to the team at Space NK! You recently opened a store in Southampton, West Quay, and in my lunch break (from a very stressful day) I thought I’d pop in to check it out. I also had a birthday voucher come through so wanted to treat myself as well! It was so welcoming in store, looked absolutely beautiful with some fantastic product selections. Everyone was very friendly and happy to offer help. When I went to the till I showed my birthday voucher and was given a birthday gift, which I wasn’t expecting! The lady behind the till was so lovely, I believe she is one of the managers. We had a nice conversation about the JVN hair products I wanted to try out and was purchasing. I then got to spin the wheel on the way out, which was a fun little addition to the launch and given another little Drunk Elephant tester! I left the store with such a smile on my face which is so rare nowadays knowing the state of the high street - but I really wanted to let you know how happy I was and wanted to share it with customer services. People are too quick to send negative feedback normally, but I wanted to go out my way to praise the lovely work of the team! Thank you so much! Xoxox

I just wanted to thank these two exceptional young ladies for the help and advice when I recently came in to the shop with my 20yr old daughter. She'd been feeling really low about her skin which can make it even more intimidating to walk in and ask for advice. I've always found the service in the Northcote Road shop to be fantastic. I've been to others around London which haven't been nearly as good. Iza was kind and enthusiastic and recommended excellent light cover make up and concealer. A wonderful mascara made my daughter's eyes look amazing which instantly cheered her up. Thank you Iza! Tally gave my daughter so much time and really good, clear advice about retinol products. She was sympathetic to my daughter's needs and made her feel supported and encouraged. We've been really pleased with the results of the products we bought. Thank you Tally!
I'm very happy
I am in my late 40s, and like many women my age, I am clueless about makeup, I barely have the language I need to describe the type of products I want. I came into your Tenderdon store knowing I wanted some sort of primer and a new mascara. Jayde patiently listened to me, helped draw out what I like and don't like about makeup, and then was able to recommend products that are perfect for me. She took the time to model on one of my cheeks how to apply the blush I was curious about and then encouraged me to apply it to my other cheek so she could watch and give feedback on how I did. This morning, I put on the products and I feel amazing and confident in my appearance. I will definitely be back to buy more and I'm thinking about doing one of your makeup lessons that Jayde told me about.

I had a great customer experience in the Reigate store. I have always felt the team are very knowledgable and friendly. On one occasion I went in with my mother and we were helped by Ella Raye. I spoke about my acne problems, that I had tried every product and that I was planning on going on Roaccutane. She recommended I tried the Caudelie VinoPure collection, so as a last ditch attempt I bought a couple of products and it has changed my skin. Thanks to her, I no longer need to go on Roaccutane and my skin is massively improving. Everyone in the Reigate store has always been amazing, even when really busy as a client you never feel rushed and pushed out of the store. Ella Raye and the rest of the Reigate team are a real credit to the company.

Super customer service fabulous experience.
Only up at Space NK Donegal square for a day trip with my daughter. Although we have visited the store a few times before, on this occasion we had the pleasure of being served by Rachel the assistant manager .She is only with your store 4 weeks and was so knowledgeable about all of the multi products we discussed from skin care ..serums and makeup ..nothing was a problem and she took such care and listened to exactly what we were looking for . At no stage did we feel pressured to buy.We signed up with your store card there and then bought what was in stock .. and then both of us made further online purchases that evening with our discount etc We left the store with every intention of returning soon.
Great products and even better customer service!
i’ve had lots of items from Space NK over the years I’ve always been satisfied with the customer service in terms of how long delivery has taken if I’ve ordered online and how the products have arrived or the staff in the store. I also love that you get a gift on your birthday month. Recently I had a horrible allergic reaction to a new moisturiser. I was gutted as it cost £50. I happened to check out the returns policy and found that Space NK actually except returns on used products if you’ve had an allergy reaction. Royal Mail collected the item the very next day and I received my refund two days after that on a gift card. I can’t believe they have such good customer service. Thank you Space NK!
I popped into the guidlford store…
I popped into the guidlford store yesterday with my daughter, we both wanted to have a shade match for Charlotte Tilbury makeup. I just wanted to say that in a world where we buy everything online, it was so nice to be face to face with such a lovely and helpful store assistant. Emily went out of her way to try and find the right colour match for my daughters skin, she also gave her great advice and when we still weren't sure of the colour to purchase she made up two small samples of the foundation so she could try it at home. I just wanted to say what a lovely young lady she is, very polite and her service was outstanding and we had a lovely customer experience today. Thank you
I love SPACE NK
I love SPACE NK, and am so pleased that they ship all the way over to New Zealand. I've always had a good experience with this company - whether it be in their stores, or online shopping. I like that they also offer their loyal customers points which can be exchanged for money off your next purchase. This is super important to me, as our equivalent store in New Zealand does not have this option. I much prefer shopping with SPACE NK, and will continue to use them. Also love that they're stocking Lisa Eldridge, and also MIRROR WATER. Two brilliant brands from gorgeous founders.

I was in a bit of a pickle with my delivery. Due it not coming as excepted (long story). However, got in touch with the SpaceNK team immediately and they were super helpful. Spoke to both Margaret and Claire on different occasions. They were both great listeners and helpful. It does make a difference when you have amazing customer service. I don’t take it for granted! Thank you guys! A big shoutout to Claire from the customer service department for helping get to bottom of it. 🤗 Thank you 🙏🏼

Amazing service! I visited the Regent Street store this morning and had excellent service from the lady working (I’m unsure of her name but my receipt says Ravensdean and I think she may have been the manager). She was so personable, knowledgable and helpful. She gave me product advice, left me to browse and when I was ready to make a purchase, gave me further recommendations for future. Perfect service, couldn’t have wished for better - thank you!

Deux commandes et des problèmes à chaque fois. Les livraisons sont extrêmement longues, le suivi n'est pas assuré et à moins de laisser un avis négatif ici personne ne vous donne de solution. C'est terminé je n'achèterai plus chez eux. Tournez vous plutôt vers Cultbeauty, BeautyBay et Lookfantastic qui ont un service client formidable !
